Trevor's PresentationWhen many veterans come home from war, they face challenges reintegrating into society and reconnecting with friends and family. Civilians know this to be called post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Former military member, now Psychology major, Trevor Hill, has created a solution to this epidemic that reaches so many homes in the United States. Trevor has created a non-profit organization called Zero Hour Expeditions where he will take veterans suffering from PTSD out into the wilderness for 30 days at a time. These expeditions will help them decompress and cleanse their bodies and minds, helping them realize the beauty that is available, every day, in this life. Trevor has experienced PTSD himself and upon an epiphany came up with this unique idea to help others heal.
