Andy Ridgeway and Rae Felte, the co-founders of Ethos, both took Argument 304 with Dr. Myers. The focus of the class was to create a research-based proposal to create positive change on campus or in the community.
Both Rae and Andy felt as if the projects created in Dr. Myers' Argument class needed a larger platform on campus.
Rae, Andy and Dr. Myers decided to work towards creating an event that would help undergraduates at Boise State shape and share their innovative projects. They created "The Story Behind The Ethos Project" video to explain the initial vision.
The Ethos Project became an official student organization at Boise State University.
The Ethos Project designed their logo, created their social media platforms and published their very first website. The "Ethos Mood Board" video below give you a insider's view of the brainstorming process that went into creating the logo.
The First annual Ethos Project symposium took place at Boise state University. The symposium highlighted six undergraduate students with innovative projects. Rae, Andy and Dr. Myers succeeded in creating a platform for undergraduate students to share their passion. Check out our symposium section to learn about all of our past speakers.
